This is a wee experiment: a focused photo blog. 

Fairly often, I travel to teach, attend residencies, visit other artists, or to install shows.

I'm an unrepentant geek when it comes to studios, equipment, tools, materials and techniques. MakerCentric is a visual journal which will eventually become an archive of images featuring those subjects, for people who share the same interests. 

Updates will occur randomly as I travel, work and see (or make) things to add.

(I also keep a regular old blog,  so we'll see if this becomes a conflict. To prevent that, I have not enabled comments here. I hope you will just enjoy this repository as it evolves.)
